Clean and spacious room! Right next to the Grand Place and train station, super convenient if you're just staying a few days. Pablo and Mark gave us excellent service and ensured our stay was comfy. Definitely one of the best services we've experienced! Highly recommended 😊

It's an ideal cheap hotel with particularly good and magnificent location in Brussels Center district just off the Bruxelles Centrale train station as well as the historical part of Brussels.

The room was large and comfortable, with a good breakfast offered at a reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Place and various eateries. The accessibility to public transport was another big plus, as it was just a mile from the Midi/Zuid station. The staff was accommodating and handled requests quickly.

I nearly left a glowing review, but alas, the noise from the street was unbearable, and the heating were nice. I expected a complimentary gesture after such an uncomfortable night. This hotel is cute but lacks the special touch it needs to impress. Disappointing, to say the least.

Location - less than five minutes walk from the central square. The view at night of the spire on the main square was pretty spectacular.
The room was en-suite but the bathroom was down a spiral staircase (yes, a spiral staircase) which was very rickety and not ideal in the middle of the night.

The hotel staff was polite and efficient during check-in.
The air-conditioning in the room was not working properly, made for an uncomfortable environment. The noise from the street made it challenging to relax, and I was disappointed that the promised amenities were not adequately provided.

It was fantastic value for money. Excellent location particularly if you are traveling from Central Station. Bed was comfortable; contrary to what has been written before about their pillows, I had two good nights' sleep.
We had a room facing the front street so it was very noisy at night so I recommend to take sets of ear plugs!

Smack in the middle of central Brussels, 5 min walk from central train station, 3 min walk from grand place. Yet very quiet. Summer festival was 2 blocks away but not a sound in the room. Rooms are clean, furniture is simple but functional.
Very business-like atmosphere, no charm whatsoever. Expensive breakfast not included, had breakfast round the corner (cheap and good). WIFI not included. Would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit brussels for 1-2 2 days and who needs a good clean quiet hotel in the city centre for a very reasonable price. Would not recommend it to someone who wants a hotel with a homely feel.

For the price and location you simply can't complain. It was also very clean and the shower was hot and pressurised correctly. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at reception ( at no further charge) after we checked out, which was most generous. We didn't sample breakfast as I read the previous reviews.
Our room faced the street and there was constant stream of irritating noise which resulted in a very disturbed night's sleep. I wonder if this situation could have been avoided as I am sure that the hotel was not fully booked and maybe we could have had a room off from the main road. As we were only staying one night, I didn't pusue this but if you intend to stay for more than 1 night I suggest that you make this a priority.
